The practice has a general medical services contract (GMS) with the Primary Care Trust to provide medical services for the geographical area of Sneinton, Bakersfield, Carlton, Gedling, Mapperley, Colwick, Netherfield, St Ann’s’, Thorneywood and City Centre. Please check with reception if you are unsure as to whether or not you are in our catchment area.

Monday to Friday 08.30am – 06.30pm
Telephone lines open at 08.00am each morning for booking appointments.
Two evenings a week the practice is open until 08.15pm for pre booked appointments.

The range of services we provide under contract to the NHS are:
